Processing Time
• Orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
• During busy seasons, processing may extend by 1–2 days.
Shipping Time
• Standard Canadian shipping typically takes 3–9 business days depending on location.
• Tracking is provided when available (some economy options may not include tracking).
Address Accuracy
• Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
• We are not responsible for delayed or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
Lost or Delayed Packages
• If your order appears lost or delayed, contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate.
Return & Exchange Policy
Return Policy
Because our products are handcrafted and include printed materials, the following policies apply:
Returns
• Used candles and opened books cannot be returned.
• Unused candles and unopened devotionals in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the issue was our error.
Damaged or Defective Items
• If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• Clear photos are required so we can verify the issue and provide a replacement or store credit.
Exchanges
• If you received the wrong scent, bundle, or book, we will gladly exchange it within 7 days at no cost to you.

Cancellations
• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not shipped.
• Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Order Issues
If there is a mistake with your order (missing item, incorrect product, etc.), contact us within 7 days and we will make it right.

Warranty Disclaimer
By purchasing our candles, you agree to follow all safety instructions:
• Always burn candles on a non-flammable, heat-resistant surface.
• Keep away from children, pets, drafts, and flammable materials.
• Never leave a burning candle unattended.
• Trim wooden wick to 1/8 inch before each burn.
• Do not burn longer than 4 hours at a time.
• Stop burning when 1/2 inch of wax remains.
Adoré Candles is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper burning, or ignoring safety guidelines.
